You can Subscribe to Deta’s Services, for free or for a charge. We encourage you to try the free version of the Services before you commit to any paid version. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with all our Services.
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your initial purchase, we offer a 14 days money back guarantee. You may request a refund through your account management page at Paddle, or by contacting Deta’s team at [email protected]. If you proceed by email, please mention “refund” anywhere in the subject header, and provide your order number and the email address used for your purchase, within 14 days from the initial purchase. We will process your refund request as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased a subscription for the first time, and you should not have made use of the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee before.
Refund processing times can vary, and the time for funds to appear in your account may vary further depending on your payment provider.
Deta is not responsible for any fees that may be applied by third parties or your payment service provider in processing a refund.
Please note that your Subscription access will be terminated upon refund approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Purchases made outside of the 14 days money back guarantee are generally non-refundable. But please contact us nonetheless if you have any questions or concerns. We’ll help as well as we can.
Furthermore, there are no refunds on unused Subscription periods.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, or add to this refund policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Such modifications or additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting them to our website.
